This feeling was my most painful part of post surgery, you need to walk. Walk & walk & walk. It makes it move. I was so tired my days in hospital because I couldn't sleep from the gas pain, all I could do to relieve it was walk. The shoulder tip pain continued on & off for three weeks for me. now that's what I have is the gas in my shoulders and even after all the walking I still have it bad. Hopefully it let up soon

yes!! You have to get up and keep walking even though it hurts. Walk

Me too. My surgery date was July 21. For me physically it's been hard. Really bad shoulder pains. I'm ready for this drain to go and it's so hard for me to get in my protein. It's too think. I have edema after surgery so I assume that's why not able to get in my protein. I can't even imagine going to soft food with this rate. Congrats together and maybe we can go down this journey together.

Me too. I'm slow recovering but taking it day bay day. I have edema so I assume that's why it's hard for me to drink. How are you? Congrats

Me too. I start preop tomorrow for 2 weeks liquid diet. I can have protein shakes, clear broth, sf Popsicles and sf jello. My surgery day is July 29. I'm nervous but ready to get on to the healthy life. The preop diet is going to be rough.
