I am so excited! I am going on a mini vacation this weekend and then come home and start my pre op diet. My surgery is August 5th.

Actually I have a ton of things to get. I'm horrible with procrastination. I still need to get the Protein powder, Vitamins, Probiotics, clean my house from top to bottom, and send in some paperwork to work. On the bright side I have until Aug 25th to do it all.

Oh is the FB group secret? I don't want everyone on my FB to know I'm getting surgery

My surgery is 8/25 as well. I am in the same boat as you. So much to do!

I'm set for the 18th and have no idea what to buy/have on hand....suggestions????

I am scheduled for August 18th. I started stocking the shelves with broth, sugar free jello and pudding, and a variety of protein drinks. I also went to GNC and got chewable multi vitamins and chewable B12. A good blender is next on my list.

I love my ninja. It has three smoothie cups plus the blender. I have to drink liquid for all three meals having the cups makes it easier.

No, it's a closed group (it tells the type of group in the upper right corner) which means that you have to be approved to join or read the posts but anyone can see that you're in it.

My surgery is 8/25 as well. I am in the same boat as you. So much to do!

My date is 08/11/14...getting a little anxious but excited.

My surgery is scheduled for 8/12 and my 2 week pre-op liquid diet starts tomorrow. I've also started buying stuff and stocking up on stuff I'll be needing. Also on the FB group, will all my friends see that I'm I the group? I haven't and will not be announcing on my FB that I'm having surgery.

August 4th I am getting sleeved

My surgery is August 20th. Excited and nervous. I was just approved by my insurance company a few days ago. I need a few buddies to talk to and support during this process. I really want to be successful.
