  7. 3in1wol I'm prayering for you.
  8. I have noticed that I've lost a lot of inches too.
  9. vincereautmori you and I are doing the same and I excersice daily. I'm not complaining because I am so thankful for my sleeve. 15 more lbs and I will be at the weight I was when my husband and I got married. I was still overnight but I haven't see that weight in over 16 years.
  10. I have that head hunger and thank god I didn't have any issues either and I was walking 3 miles and lifting weights at 2 weeks. My issue is that I cook for my family everyday and I taste the food as I make it. It's horrible. Although I don't cook with sugar. But last week was my son's bday and I had a cookie. I was so mad at myself. I hate that. I wish chocolate would make me sicker than a dog. THAT WAY I Wouldnt Touch it.
  11. Wow you're doing great too Stacyfae. It's so slow for me.
  12. J Dillon that's great. Is that since surgery? I was sleeved on august 20 and I'm 30 lbs down. It's slow for me. I'm averaging like 3 lbs a week and I excersice so much. So frustrating.
  13. I live in southern annapolis. And I did have my surgery at aamc. My surgeon was Dr Gandsas. My experience was wonderful. I had my surgery on august 20th. I came home 2 days later. I used my pain meds through my iv as needed to get up and walk to ease the pain. I didn't have much gas at all but I walked as much as I could anyway. Several times a day. I started walking further everyday and today I walk 3.50 miles a day and am lifting weights.

  23. Thumper I was sleeved on the 20th of august and I've lost 21 lbs so far. I excersice 6 days a week I normally do 30 minutes of cardio and 30-40 minutes of weights 4 days a week and 1 hour of cardio 2 days a week. I shared this on my the start of my 3rd week from surgery. I did over do it one day but I guess now my body is used to it because I feel great. I did have a 2 day stall while on liquids but now it's been pretty steady. And Karen I will keep you in my prayers it sounds like you have a lot on your plate. Just keep in mind that this too shall pass.
