Hey guys!! ! I need some advice! I was sleeved on May 13th, 2014 and I'm a little over 2 months out. I began at 330pounds and I have lost almost 40 pounds. I'm like super stressed. My weight keeps going back and forth in between 289 to 291 and it's driving me crazy. I really want to lose 110pounds in 9 months (by June for a wedding that I'm in).... I literally cried today because this is so hard for me. I work out for an hour on Mon, Tues, We'd, Thurs---- mostly cardio.... But I'm not sure it's enough.... Does anyone have any suggestions on a variety of foods for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks? And exercise plans also? I'm so burned out from eating the same stuff over and over! PLEASE HELP !
