Swimming...okay?!

How long did your doctor make you wait to swim...not like serious swimming but get in water and float around?

I was given the green light to do a Water aerobics class after 4 weeks. Every doctor's orders are different, though, so I would just give your doc's office a call and get clarification.

Same here.

Pre op, the doc said 2-4 weeks. I asked on my first post op visit (3 weeks) , and he cleared me.

Nominally 3 weeks, or when the incisions are sealed; as I still had one that was weeping a bit, it was 4 weeks for me.
