Hi! Went to my second seminar Wednesday. The first one about 5 years ago. I am planning having the surgery. These boards have helped tremendously.

    This may not apply to you and your insurance rules, but they may only count nutrition seminars within the last 3 years. I don't want you to stop at 5 classes, think you're done, and miss the 6th one, which could cause a substantial delay in your surgery date!
