WWW.Sparkpeople.com you can track basicly anything you want.

I use myfitnesspal.com. It also links with my Fit Bit One so the tracking updates automatically with my exercise.

I use My Fitness Pal, and love it! I also have Map My Walk linked in to it, so that it automatically records into MFP my walking routine.

The only thing I don't like about myfitnesspal is that it complains when my calories are lower than 1200 (which doesn't happen much right now because I'm pre-surgery). I wish there was a specific bariatric patient tracker somewhere that worked with my fitbit.

I ignore the calorie thing at the end by not hitting that I'm done logging. It automatically starts a new day for you next day.

I'm anal about that app. Be sure you set your own goals based on what your nutrition experts say. You can change it as you go. And I love that you can scan items bar codes for easy entry!

**My Fitness Pal** for sure!

I love my fit bit. It is such a motivator. I earn " badges " as I complete certain levels. It updates my data via wifi to give me weekly stats on my computer. I also have my fitbit scale tied to this program. It is tracking my weight losses each time I weigh myself. Got my first 10# loss badge today! It presents a visual scale for steps, weight, etc. I don't track food cuz I am so limited right now having just had my surgery. I may update and activate that section later on.
