  2. Can someone recommend a good tracking app that also tracks carbs and protein?
  3. Thanks for sharing. I am almost a year out and have been gaining. I plan to increase my water and protein to see if this will push me forward.
  4. Can you tell me a little more about the tracker you use. I too am struggling me need to track better roses if that will help.

  6. I was stalled for a while, met with the nutritionist and made some adjustments . Increased my water intake. I have been doing some cardio and she told me to do resistance training try tracking but not consistent .
  7. I am 11 months post sleever and have started to gain weight. Anyone else experience this?
