Cats Vs Dogs (Share your pet pics)

  • Popular Post

Which pet is the best?

I like them both! Cats are truly under estimated by us lazy and self centered human creatures. They are brilliant and if you've ever potty trained a cat and a dog you would definitely agree the cat wins that battle hands down.

That said a dogs love is truly amazing! They shadow you and calm your heart like no other animal can do, and they are brilliant in their own way. I have 9 pets and I love them all the same. 6 rescued alley cats from certain doom and fate, and 3 adorable maltese dogs (1 of which is mixed with mini poodle). My eldest is a feline whom I rescued as a very tiny kitten. He was barely over a pound and I had to feed him back to life. He is 15 years old now and though he is slowing down a lot he still always shows his appreciation for me saving him.

Believe it or not they do all get along really well and rarely do they have a bit of a scuffle. It's never anything serious though! It's usually just one of them playing too rough.

They are my little furbuddies! It's never a dull moment in our house! It's fun though and the respect I have for life has grown more impassioned with them in my world. I cherish what they have done for me, and in the darkness of despair they left the light on for me.

Jake, Anastasia the Diva iguana, Baxter, Charlie, Sia and Buffy and Sia. All rescues from abuse. I would not trade all of them for one human being ever.

Sorry I couldn't figure out how to do it smaller.

My baby. First dog I've ever owned by myself (not a family pet). He was the worst puppy, but I wouldn't change a thing.

I like dogs but have been around cats lately - so they are growing on me.

@Travelmego Wow -- that's really interesting -- did you know orange cats are almost always male (like 95%) and orange females are usually sterile? It's the opposite with calicoes -- they are usually female and the males are sterile.

Aren't kittens the greatest! :)

Add the pictures to your gallery under the user interface, and you can attach them via the "My Media" button on the toolbar :) (I had to figure this out yesterday, as I tried uploading to Photobucket and linking the photos, but they were HUGE when I did that)

Hello everyone,

I have two all-American mutts, however, I had their DNA analyzed to see what breeds they were.

Shadow is a black 1/2 Pomerianin, 1/2 Chihuahua, (Pohuahua).

Zsa-Zsa is a 1/2 Havanese, 1/2 Poodle, (Havanoodle).

The cats were recently adopted. Sonnie is the yellow male kitten and Misty is the cream/tan/brown female kitten.

They are the love of my life--besides my husband of course.

I am a Golden lover by nature:

Sam was my best friend for 11 years..He was the best dog I ever had..I can't even think of Sam 3 years later after his death..Because I still long for him and there is a great hole in my life where no other dog can fill.

Max, he lives on his own terms..He is a big bear and loves and adores everyone...My grand daughter rides him and plays with him and sits on him...He is a gentle giant....12 years old!

Bailey is a rescue dog. He was 2 when I got him and almost died hence we put a lot of love and money into his care and health... He is coming a long nicely and he is protective and a loving dag. The most work however of any of the dogs I have ever owned.....

Love them all.. :)
