I have to be honest with you, I don't exercise. I'm about to...because I'm basically at goal. When I lost weight during previous attempts, I did work out and yes, it did seem to slow the weight loss

I am a little over 4 months out and have lost 61 lbs. I haven't started working out yet but I want to start running again. I'm afraid that working out will stall my weight loss. I know I need to start toning. Is this just silly thinking? Thanks!
