Surgery tomorrow!

Very nervous! That little of doubt comes in from time to time. With the 2 weeks of diet...losing weight was a lot better than I thought. However with diets in the pass the weight just came right back. Reading other people thoughts are so helpful. It keeps us on track. I just needed a extra boost right before my surgery in the morning :)

All the best to you! I know I sometimes question if I really need this but I've spent far too long carrying around the extra pounds. I don't want to wait only to be still stuck in the same position five years from now. It will also be an ongoing tool to stay track. Keep us updated!

Doubts surface at every phase. But here's my experience so far. I'm feeling so much better than I did in February. I have energy, I sleep better, my skin looks good, I've stopped taking (%@? from (%@?-shovelers, and I know this was the best decision I've made in years. It hasn't been a cakewalk, but here's the thing. It HAS been better than any typical day of my overeating former life. By far. Good luck tomorrow and keep us posted!
