When to start swallowing pills?

Eyes y'all. I was sleeved on Monday April 21st, everything went great down 16 pounds already as of today :-) the only complaint I have is having to crush my pills and take with applesauce. It's horrible, yuck. When did y'all start swallowing your pills again and stop having to crush them? Thanks

I swallowed Prilosec at 3 days out, but still had to 1/2 my thyroid pill which is pretty big. Doctors orders.

I have swallowed my pills from day 2. However, I can't take all 4 in the same gulp like I used to. Some of mine are small and I can take 2 of them together. I have to space them out through the day.

I've been cutting mine. Crushing sucked.

16 lbs! Holy moly! I was sleeved Monday and am just now starting to release all the fluids pumped into me. I and 2 lbs below surgery day and 13 from the start of my preop diet.

I've always taken mine whole, since day 1

The only pill I swallow is my Pepcid tablet. All my vitamins r chewable. Since surgery the taste has changed a little but it is tolerable. I just find it easier.

My doctor had me swallowing pills on day 2. Before I left the hospital.

I was told to buy powder and liquid forms...i tried to cut a potassium pill in 1/2 today and it got stuck :(

I guess its trial and error

About 2 months after my surgery I started taking medication for an unrelated condition, so my doctor gave me teeny, tiny pills which was annoying because I had to take like 5 of them to get the proper dosage because they were so small. Finally after another month, he allowed me to try the regular sized pill to see how I did. I've been taking it about 7 weeks and (*fingers crossed*) so far so good.

It's round and white, I guess a little smaller than those white asprin pills I used to see in the clear bottle at Grandma's house. So far, it doesn't bother me. But I can't take it right after food because the quick gulp of Water makes my chest hurt and I feel queasy

My doc gave me a sleeping pill in the hospital and a Xanax. Both were pills and I had to swallow them. My Vitamin is a chewable fintstone vitamin

I'm taking chewable tums for antacid

My dr had me swallowing pills the day of my surgery. The first time the nurse asked me if I wanted to swallow it or have it in my IV I chose IV but the next dose I swallowed with no problems

I think my Dr. is going to make me wait 4-6 weeks before taking my pills whole rather then crushed. Yuck!
