Surgery in 3 hours!

I can't believe it's here. I know this is what I need to do but I've never had surgery and I'm scared. I'm starting a new life. ;-)

God bless you. It is a new chance in life. You will do great. I'm very excited for you

Good luck, and God bless!

You will do fine. I'm on my third day post - op and I'm feeling great. Day one and two can be a mixed bag of ups and downs as your new stomach is adjusting. Give it time. And remember to walk as soon as you can after recovery and make laps around the nurses station as often as you're able. Believe me it helps with your healing and the terrible gas after. Best advice I got was to walk, walk, walk.

Praying you have a successful surgery and a speedy recovery!

Good Luck, prayers on the way.... everything will be great. 2 1/2 weeks to go for me!!

Good luck :)

We will be here for you when you get back!! Remember baby sips :-)

Best of luck to you! Let us know how you are doing!

Stay focused on all the reasons you are doing this and the end results. It's a rough couple of days, but you do get through it and then it's a distant memory. Just keep reminding yourself that everyday gets better and cute clothes are just around the bend. Surrender...and breathe. Good luck!

You guys are awesome! Thank you so much!

I have abdominal soreness but I'm doing well. Last night at 3am, I got up and walked 3/10ths of a mile around the floor at the hospital.

In an hour I'm going to try for 1/2 mile. I'm laying on my side and I'm comfortable. The pain pump is amazing!
