  • I really like the pure protein bars.. I haven't tired any of the other ones. Where do you get the quest bars at or do you have to order them?

GNC has them but they are also available at Amazon.

I resumed eating them immediately when I was allowed to advance from soft food to eat anything, and they went down just fine. I would be up a creek without my Quest bars!

Six weeks out, started with less than half a quest bar.

I bought all the quest bars before surgery and never ate them. I'm doing fine but just now eating cooked veggies and ate half a small apple. The quest are chewy. I like them though. I have the higher Atkins ones but I don't think I could handle how sweet they are. Post op, I don't want anything super sweet.

I don't. Too many carbs. :D

The quest bars only have 3 to 4 carbs in them.

I doubt I could eat a whole one. But I do need a snack before working out (I find I do better). Quest are so chewy though and I'm a little afraid of them this soon out.

When my diet restrictions were fully lifted.
