You're gonna get loves and hates on every one of these! My NUT gave me sample packs to try. You can also order samples off websites so that you get to try before you buy the big bucket. I'm pre-op

Hello! I've been lurking here for a few weeks, enjoying reading everyone's stories and finding LOTS of great information. I just got my pre-op diet and will be scheduling surgery for sometime the end of this month or the beginning of May. I do have some questions regarding Protein shakes/powders......here's a list of those that I'm supposed to choose from and I'm wondering which is the most palatable. lol! I'm really sensitive to that mineral-ly taste that alot of supplements have but I know I've got to get these shakes down. Any recommendations or comments? I would sincerely appreciate it
Isopure
Protein shots
Labrada Lean Body
Muscle Milk Lite
Pure Protein
EAS Advantage Edge
Myoplex Regular and Lite
BSN Syntha-6 Isolate
Nature's Best Zero Carb
whey Protein
Thanks again for any informationi/feedback. I look forward to sharing my journey with everyone.
