13 month update

I really wanted to do a 1 year update but got really distracted. I am 13 months out of surgery and have lost 150 lbs! Went from a size 24 to a size 10. I feel absolutely amazing and have all this energy. I am truly a new person! If I had to do it all over again I would time and time again! People are amazed that I am the same person. Here are a couple pics!

WOW!!! You look amazing! Congrats to you on your success!!

Wow! You look great! This makes me happy because I am the same pant size but now I'm a pant size smaller. Today makes me 6 weeks post op. Down 35 lbs including pre op diet. I hope I look as healthy as you do.

Thanks everyone! Very much appreciated! It slowed down a little but around 8 months but just by switching up your diet and intensifying your workouts at the gym you should still be able to lose 2-3 lbs a week!

See I'm opposite. I'm 3 months post op and so tired I don't want to do anything but sleep. It's a terrible feeling. Getting blood work done this week. Hopefully they will figure something out.
