Damn auto correct, chicken broth. I would definitely steer clear of cricket broth too!

I agree with the Gas-X suggestion. And get up and move. If it was a fine broth, you'll be fine.

I had VSG on March 5, everything has been going well, I'm still on clears until Wednesday. Yesterday I was so hungry/sick of clear liquids I could have cried. I needed something new to sip on, so... I puréed a can of onion soup and ran it through a fine sieve until it was a thin liquid. It was so good and I finally felt like I had something in my stomach. Sounds good right? Well I woke up today still feeling full and can't really drink more than a sip or two. I'm paranoid that I may have done something by straying off the cricket broth. Has this happened to anyone. How can I still feel full?
