I had my surgery one week ago. I feel so exhausted these days. I don't know if this is normal. I think I'm eating the right things. Taking vitamins. It's an effort to move. I force myself at times even walking my dog around the block a couple of times. But totally feel exhausted. Maybe it's cause I used to drink coffee all day. Could be withdrawal? Any ideas or suggestions.
