Always worried about something

Today's concern is stretching my sleeve.

How does one stretch their sleeve? Would you know if it's stretched?

I'm eating 4-6 oz meals as per my nut but panic thinking it's too much

Anyone?

I am 8 weeks out today and I am ingesting 4-6 oz per meal ok. U r losing just fine it seems. Just trust the process and eat healthy foods.. Also, I started pushing myself in my exercise routine and it effecting my weight loss positively.

Don't graze, stick to your plan, no carbonation, no straws. You are all set! I don't know how we know our band is stretched other than being able to eat a lot more food.

Supposedly the part of the stomach they leave isn't stretchy. I think it gets a little bigger with time, but I don't think it's easy to stretch it out.

I too worry all the time about stretching my sleeve. I am only 2 weeks out and I am following the program exactly like I am supposed to but, I find myself gulping Water. Will that stretch it out?
