For me it was 4 days post op, I had the 5 incisions. Everyone is different, but I figured if it didn't hurt, it was ok for me.

My doctor told me when it was comfortable, it would be ok. It took a few weeks for me.

I was told whenever I felt I could sleep on my stomach. I took two weeks. I felt a little discomfort but after a few seconds it went away at 6 weeks I still feel that discomfort for a few seconds. It felt great when I first slept on my stomach since I've never been a back sleeper. Good luck.

My Dr. Said whenever it was comfortable. I start on my side and I woke up one day on my stomach. I was so happy when that day came! I think I was two weeks out.
