Water, crystal light, trop 50, min maid light 5 calories ( has 2 carbs so not too many) sugar free hot cocoa with sugar free cool whip. I gave up the soda and really I don't miss it anymore.

I like Sobe lifewaters. I buy them at Costco. And I like diet cranberry juice.

Water are crystal light are my staples, I am 8 weeks out now and I drink skim milk at least 16 ounces a day it boosts my protein. G2 and powerade occasionally but they are more expensive than the crystal light.

I gave up soda a few years ago i wanted to be healthier BUT i did do alot of iced tea i kinda miss that. I do have nectat lemon tea protein powder which isnt too bad for protein its just not what im used to.

I love Water, but if I need a change I add cucumber, orange, mint, etc to it. I do also drink Powerade zero.

No sugar added hot cocoa, herbal tea, diluted juices plus all the other stuff mentioned above. I also make occasionally make green smoothies to get more nutrients in.
