I am scheduled to be sleeved 2/24, and I want to ask my doctor if I can see the part he removes! Lol! That's the nurse in me. Anyone else have this desire? Did anyone get to see theirs?

Ha! I would have loved to see mine. But it didn't occur to me to ask.

Can't hurt to ask, though it might go quickly for biopsy!

I actually asked to have mine. I got told a big, fat NO... Stating that it's against policy for biohazard reasons. I retorted, "But it's mine!" And I just got the stink eye. Ticked me off... That would have been an awesome souvenir.

Lol one of my old co workers had a cholecystectomy last year, and she put a pic of her gallbladder on Instagram..yikes!
