Acne

I'm 1 month post-op and breaking out all over my face despite following my same old cleansing/moisturizing regimen! I haven't had pimples since my teens, so I have no idea why this is happening. Did anyone else experience this? Do you think it has something to do with hormonal changes?

This happened to me as well. I noticed that I broke out quite often from months 1-4 and like you, I hadn't had any issues since my teens. It seems to have stopped for now. I have no idea why it happened. This is the healthiest I have eaten in my life so I was quite shocked. And isn't a ton of Water supposed to be good for your skin?

I would guess it's all the stored estrogen/hormones being released from your fat cells shrinking! should level off in a couple months....

OMG I broke out bad in months 3-5!!!! It was horrific!!! I went to Target and got a cheap-o version of the proactive kit but what really worked was Walgreens Daily Face Wash with 2% Salicylic Acid!

Im only 11 weeks but I break out now on my shoulders. Thats a first for me too.

My face tho is amazingly clear..for now.

It's horrible. I have not had the surgery but been on HCG where you lose weight rapidly. It doesn't give your body time to determine how to disperse the bad toxins in your body and you get acne in sometimes the worse areas. I experienced it on my right upper arm for some reason. Now, because I am black, I have hyperpigmentation in that area that I am trying to let time heal. That was two year ago. Make sure that you do not scratch and it will go away within a month or two. Wish I would have known.

Yup I'm currently looking into booking a facial because my face looks horrible. I've always had clear skin so I'm really upset about it and feel humiliated walking around like this. I hoping the facial helps
