Is this normal?

4 days ago I had surgery. I don't feel like I had the surgery done lol. I've been drinking and drinking and no pain or feeling full. I am wondering if I actually had the surgery lol.

Funny how every commercial is with food particularly pizza which I LOVE. I hope I can have it again. I want some right now. I know I am hot hungry but I made a mistake not training my brain and eyes. They are craving food and not my new tummy. I have 10 more LONGGGGGgGgG days on full liquid Uhg. Can it go any slower?

I am trying to be patient but it's not easy. I come from a but family so there are lots of yummy food around me. They are being so nice and not eat in front of me but I know they are having delicious food.

Can't wait to have mashed potatoes and pudding :) looking forward to that.

That's funny I felt the same thing during my first week. I drank 64oz of water like it was nothing and wondered if the doctor forgot to sleeve me. Wait another 2 weeks until you can finally eat, you'll see :)

I am also on a full liquid diet also till 1/8 but i am allowed to have pudding and yogurt sugerfree of course. They just cant have any chunks of fruit in it. Nice and smooth for our new stomach. Also baby food stage 1. Hope this helps

It's GREAT that you're getting lots of fluids in! Don't limit yourself. It's perfectly normal and healthy for you. It will help with your healing. I feel your frustration with not being able to eat 'regular' foods yet. But you'll get there, just be patient and allow your body to heal :)

I'm in the same boat. I have not had any problems getting in my daily fluid intake or the protein drinks! When I eat low fat creamy soups I still don't feel really full. Hope this is ok :/

I was able to do liquids well by 4 days pot op..I am now 13, just tried somemuchy foods..and oh yeah..I can tell now LOL

And I want Mexican food :)
