I am starting to get that "Hey look I am failing another diet" feeling!! I am working out 3-4 times a week watching what I am eating, I only drink Water, I need some daily food menu suggestions for all meals of the day, and snacks!! I feel like I can do it but I am asking for help from all you other Bariatric patients!! Please any idea would be greatly appreciated!!
