      I just do about half a shot of vodka and fill the rest of the glass with crystal light that has been made with water and ice of course! If I do it that way and nurse it, over the course of the evening

    Yes it has empty calories. I won't be drinking all the time either, I was just curious on how it's done with crystal light so when I can have a drink I have something better then the cocktail juices.
