There is nothing that will help, not even biotin. Hopefully, it will stop soon.

Protein Protein Protein

I'm not looking forward to shedding hair BUT IT COMES BACK so it's okay by me.

I have long hair. I have lost a lot of hair. Jan 11th I will be at 6 months. It is starting to slow down. At 4 months it was a lot more. One thing I did was I bought a old fashioned hair brush. One that has soft bristles. All I can explain is it looks like the old ones that used to sit on vanity tables of women years ago. Like 1900's. I found one in CVS pharmacy. I swear right away I was not pulling my hair out every time I brushed my hair. My issue is my hair gets tangled and then when I used my regular old brush clumps would come out but with the new brush it barely happens anymore.

Omg I have long hair never had a knot problem, but I do now , I spray it with baby's Johnson no tangle, in shower , with conditioner and a wide comb , terrible never stay in shower so long! But this works !

@dlar57- get the wet brush it cost about 10- but well worth it. I started ataking Biotin 10,000 mg and good vitimins too a while ago, fingers crossed it will help!!
