Hey guys have not been on in a while well I am so happy I am 64 pounds down I was sleeve on 9/30/13 the weight has slow down a bit but it's coming off for sure I am excited

    I want to drop that 36 off hope fully by the end of January i would see what size I am but my goal is 180 I want to be a size 10 also I don't want to get too skinny but I need my bmi at a health number I am so happy it's under 40 right now I work out a lot and I still do liquids for breakfast but I eat solids for lunch and dinner In between I drink lots of water the key to this guys is exercise
