A lot of people on here use mfp (my fitness pal) and the parameters can be customized

I use MFP (MyFitnessPal) as well. I'm using the app on my phone more and more as I love being able to barcode scan the food and liquid products and enter them in to track daily. I can put in my days meal ahead of time and see if I'm going to hit my Protein and calorie goals, and if not, adjust accordingly!

If you are detail oriented like me, you might try Sparkpeople, too...to see which one you prefer. I like the graphs and charts that SP spots out from what I enter. I'm a tech girl! The main thing is to track...however you like .
