11. So before I had surgery I was never really self conscious about my weight at 240, ive never jad negative feedback from weight so it didnt bother me, now that im 173lbs im getting a lot more attention, positive attention and its driving me crazy, ive never liked attention to be on me, and now everytime I see someone I know they say how different and good I look, as if I looked horrible before, I know thats not what they mean but still plays on my mind, I didnt get this surgery to look good I got it to be healthy fir myself and my family, its true when they say after surgery it takes a lot of mental strength
12. Had surgery August 20th, so far I am 65lbs down at 175, my goal is to be in between 130 and 140lbs, I have to give thanks to my boyfriend, he keeps me on track and has been training (killing) me at the gym which I am so greatful for, hoping to lose the last 35 to 40 pounds by the end of march

14. I dont know id there is a tracker but the app Myfitness pal is amazing, you can put in all foods you eat, protein and water intake, plus when you work out you can factor that in too, it tracks all your weightloss progress
15. Im also losing slowly, what I started to do was revert back to my liquid phase, I had surgery August 20th, was 240, now 177, at first I was dropoing so fast my head was spinning, but then I got lazy and stopped getting in all my protein so so the weight lost almost complete stopped, Ive been doing my protein shake diet for three days and have lost 3 lbs, only plan on doing it for a week then going back to solids and staying ontop of my protein, im not starving myself, I still get 600+ calories a day but lots of protein and water definitely help
