I started at 240 lbs I'm 160 now, yes I work out, at least 4 times a week, it's help to keep me from getting saggy skin so far

I agree, I hope to look as firm as you do after this much lost! I wish I had as much on top as you!! You look fantastic! Congrats.

I do 1 hour of cardio, and an hour of lifting, each day is a different target area: chest, legs and butt, arms, shoulders, and back I do core ever day though, my stomach has been the hardest area to get looking half decent, I have muscle underneath the jiggle lol

You look great. Lifting weights is something I'll have to get used to doing. I've only ever done cardio and body resistive exercise.
