Swelling Is Gone:(

I'm thinking that all my swelling is gone as I'm not getting full anymore and I'm hungry again after 2-3 hours. Tuesday I will be 5 weeks post op. First fill is tomorrow and I think I need it!

That's pretty good actually..to go 5 weeks post op before your hunger came back. Good luck with the fill.

Hi Mel, I am right there with you. My appointment is Wednesday and I will be just over four weeks from surgery. Have not felt a return of hunger until very recently -- have noticed in last week to ten days that I am hungry again sooner, although I'm still satisfied on a small portion. My weight loss has stalled. Could be a small plateau or I am taking in too many calories. I look forward to discussing all this with the doctor. A bit nervous about a fill as I've been doing so well and don't want to rock the boat. Good luck to you Tuesday -- let's compare notes!

I'm also stalled. 6 weeks post op and starving! My first fill is next week. Can't wait to hear how it's all going for you guys. Good thoughts to you both!

I also went 5-6 weeks for my first fill and I actually kept drinking my shakes and introduce stage 1 foods as well. I used the Protein shake at Breakfast, around 10am lowfat greek yogurt, around 12noon some chicken Soup stock, 2pm some sugar free Jello. I was actually quite full. Foir me its something in the pouch every 2 -3 hours was a good thing. Plus drink your 64 oz of Water as well.

Best wishes and Keep the Faith

Definitely sounds like you scheduled your fill for the right time, I hope you achieve your sweet spot on the first try. Much success to you.
