Doctor Appt

So just left the doctor's office and I went in feeling down and left with a smile on my face...I thought I wasn't losing any weight at all I was wrong. According the their scale I've lost 4.2lbs in 5wks do I wish it was more yes I do, but I'll take that. I was giving another fill of 1cc now I have 5cc in my band. Now it's time for me to buy a new scale.

i hate my scale at home, so i don't use it anymore. it changes my way of eating for the day. still have that pre band diet psychosis. i am never disappointed when i am weighed at the doctor's office because i have no clue as to what i thought i weighed.

Hi Anume! Congratulations -- you are doing beautifully! I may have to go Terry's route and only weigh-in at the doctors' offices so I don't drive myself absolutely nuts.
