Drinking Water After Excercise

hi everyone,

what do I do after I exercise if im only supposed to drink 4 ounces spread out over an hour. How am I gonnna handle my thirst like that. Does anybody have any feedback on this. Like how much Water can I drink after exercising. Im really curious about this.

But as a helpful tool....one thing I started doing that I never did before was pre hydrate. I drink as much Water as I can the hour before exercise. That way I need way less during and after.

hi everyone,

I was sleeved at St. Lukes Hospital Manhattan NY, I do a lot of walking everyday. I am not allowed to exercise like a heavy workout or even lift more than 10 pounds until my doctor clears me.
