3:00 PM Surgery time!

Yuck! Anyone else have a late surgery time? How did your day go?

It's going to be a looooong time without water. Oh well, small price to pay for ultimate goal.

You will be fine. During the pre-surgery part, they will start an IV and pump plenty of fluids into you at that point, so you probably won't be thirsty or hungry.

My surgery was scheduled at 1:30 but I didn't get taken back until after 3:00! Yes, it was hard but they did tell me I could take a small amount of water early morning of my surgery. Also, once they got my IV hooked up and started fluids it wasn't bad after they gave me my Ativan as my nerves were a little mess! Good Luck to you :)

Thank you all. 11/13 for me... I forgot all about the IV. I don't even check in until 12:45

Positively ready!
