Hi, can it be your buddy also my surgery in tomorrow. I had to do the 10 day liquid diet. I was 236 now I'm 225. I'm so nervous but I feel great so far. I'm having the surgery because of heart conditions. For some reason for the last couple of days I have been nesting like I'm waiting to go in labor ha!

Ok only had egg drop soup once gained 2 pounds mistake. Now I'm on day seven, sw 236 now 226.2 and I still have 3 days to go. I must admit I'm still hungry.......

Day 7 of this liquid diet thang .Ugh I'm so up and down I feel like a human roll-a-coater lol. Missed my protein yesterday but back on it today. I too drink the premier brand but I think I'm going to try the unflavored, kind an mix it with my crystal lite in order to get a little more in at a time. What do y'all think?
