Pumpkin Pie

I was wondering if anyone has tried pumpkin pie and if so when? I have Celiac Disease so I wouldn't eat it with a crust only the pie filling?

I'm in the puréed stage... 3 weeks post op

Any input would be appreciated ... Thanks!

    I mixed pumpkin puree with cottage cheese, pumpkin pie spice, & some SF caramel Torani syrup. I ran it through my little mini food processor to make it smooth & it tasted like pumpkin cheesec

I like buying pumpkin purée and mixing it with pumpkin pie spice nutmeg and stevia into my plain Greek yogurt yummy and lots of protein :)

I can put away 2oz of pumpkin pie filling only w/ whipped cream.

It was awesome & my bday "cake" bc I was on pureed then.

Enjoy but measure bc the pie is sooo yummy it'll sneak up on you.

I ate it almost 3 weeks out in my puréed stage and it went down so easy. I did not eat the crust. My biggest treat yet. I have village inn. Yum
