What day did the scale go down after surgery???? Im 6 days out, and diet has been perfect, no cheating. I'm still 10 pounds heavier than when I went into the hospital. I just want to see how long is normal.

Hey. I'm six days out too. I has my follow up Appt this afternoon. I'm down 5 pounds. What's your food intake?

I was the same way.. 10 pounds heavier when i left the hospital. it took about a week, but then dropped.

Good luck!

same thing. i'm one week today and when i got home from the hospital last wednesday, i was the same weight i was at before my pre-op diet started, now i'm back down.. it was a frustrating week, but it'll come back down :)

2 protein shakes a day made with unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 can cream of chicken soup - strained, 4 sf Popsicles, 32 ounces crystal light, 1 sf jello pudding

Hmmm that seems just right. Idk maybe your body is taking its time adjusting.

Took me about 2 weeks before I saw the swelling go down.

I was 15 pounds heavier after surgery and it took almost two weeks before I was close to my surgery date weight.

This makes me feel so much better. I'm 6 days out and down a little over a pound. My hands are not puffy anymore, so I was expecting to have lost all the fluid and more pounds in a week. Maybe I just need to be more patient. So frustrating!

6 days for me.
