  1.    bonniefide reacted to a post in a topic: Drain removed tomorrow! EEK!
  2. I had a drain when I had gallbladder surgery also. I remember being freaked out about it as well. It felt a little weird, but there was no pain and it only took a second or two to remove. It really was a non-event! Good luck tomorrow - hope yours is the same!
  3. This makes me feel so much better. I'm 6 days out and down a little over a pound. My hands are not puffy anymore, so I was expecting to have lost all the fluid and more pounds in a week. Maybe I just need to be more patient. So frustrating!
  4. I was sleeved last Thursday, 10/17. On the day of surgery, I weighed 302.6. I weighed myself this morning (6 days later) and was 301. I know people say to never use the word "only" with regard to a loss, but seriously?! Shouldn't I be dropping tons of weight in the beginning? Has anyone else started this slowly and then picked up?
