Had my sleeve October 18 and I'm having trouble getting in liquids and protein. After drinking about 4 oz of a premier protein shake today I felt like an elephant was sitting on my chest, then after about 20-30 minutes I began spitting up about 4 ounces thick foamy liquid. So I went for a 15 minute walk and then inside to rest. It's been about 3 hours so I decided to try some refried beans about 1 oz. over the course of 15-18 minutes. No I feel like it's just sitting in my esophagus and now I'm starting the spitting up foamy thick liquid again. Any advise would be great! I called my doc and they said to slow down and keep trying to get my fluids and protein in.
