I'm a year out and have lost 200 hundred pounds, sounds insane when I think about it but its a fact. I have another 100 or so to lose but am so happy with how far I have over come to be here now. plz share your stories, pics with me I would love to help if I can :rolleyes: good luck!!

Way to go! Keep up the good work. I'm looking forward to the 200 lbs mark. That will put me at 241 lbs. I have doubts on getting to onederland. At 6'2" that may be too small. I'll have to wait and see. Keep up the good work...your story is an inspiration to many!

i have 75% of my stomach sleeved. how much was urs ..is it propotional to how much weight one can lose..i lost 12.4 since 16.11.2014 the date of my surgery

Hi I haven't decided on which surgery to take yet. It would help if you could tell me why you chose the sleeve over the popular lap band and gastric bypass. THANK YOU.

the band is awful n the results r not as good or sure as vsg n bypass...i personally went for the sleeving caue the natural function is not changed though it is irreversible...
