October 13, 201312 yr Thanks. Wished I wouldn't have asked..........lol It's just a guide.. But some think it makes a big difference in the stomach size afterwards.. Like I said to the op the differences are very small and every doctor doesn't sew the same, some sew it "looser" some tighter... Also you don't want to go to small that really gives you a bigger chance for complications ( leaks, gerd) Our stomachs are all different sizes and lengths so no two will be alike. October 13, 201312 yr Yeah' date=' just the thought of something being run down my throat....ouch [/quote'] Oh! Lol well you won't feel it because you will be knocked out. Just like the catheter I had and didn't know about until a nurse mentioned it afterwards
October 13, 201312 yr Yeah, just the thought of something being run down my throat....ouch Go look at a tape measure and measure off about 10-11mm. That the entire diameter of the whole thing....trust me you probably won't feel it at all when you wake up. At least not that part.
My dr wants to use a size 38....what size did your dr use?
