I'm hungry!

Pretty self explanatory....I'm now four weeks post-op and I'm starting to feel hungry, like legit hunger, not head hunger! Lol, anyone else?

That's normal. The sleeve does not eliminate hunger forever in most people. I felt hunger when I was 4 weeks out and now every pound lost is hard work. Use this time well to get the weight off while you can still eat so little. Good luck.

Yes this CAN happen. AND it means, IMHO, that now is the time to really get control. Have your plan and meals and food PLANNED abd follow your plan. Don't "just a little bite of this and that" off the plan unless and until your head is 100% in control of the evil food brain monster.

Nobody got fat from a little hunger!!!

i'm 2.5 weeks out and I've already experienced hunger. I've drank fluids and STILL get the gurgling hungry feeling.
