Look at that difference! Four months? I cannot believe it! I hope to look as good as you at four months.

Great job! The difference in your back is amazing. How tall are you?

Thank you for the compliments:) I still feel big most days but when I look at pix I notice a difference... I am 5'2" I know according to the charts I should weigh less then 150 but that's just my goal.

You look wonderful!

My surgery weight was 280 too!

I am 6 weeks out and have lost 32 pounds...

Did u have any stalls? And when did you notice the most weight came off?

I want to be 190 in four months too :)

I didn't have any stalls I did get really sick with a colon infection which made me gain 12lbs bc I the fluids while I was in the hospital. I also had to have my gallbladder out about a month ago. I have lost 5lbs almost every week... But I believe it's slowing down... I am hoping to be 180 by Oct.31st but who knows :)

Wow. That us amazing!! Seriously. One if the best transformations in the shortest amount of time that I have seen

What have you eaten. Do you work out?

  • Author

I eat berries and ff cool whip or eggs for breakfast. For lunch I eat tuna with Melba toast I will eat protein bars and salad as snack. Tomato soup sautéed veggies and talapia for supper. I get sugar and fat free stuff. That's just an example of a day for me I can only eat about 5 bites at a meal time. I haven't been able to exercise I have been so sick and weak but I am feeling better and going to start working out now I have lots of lose skin that I hope will tone up when I start working out.

Wow!!! Thanks for sharing. Are you weak from surgery complications.

I was fine the first month then I got kidney stones and then I had a colon infection that made me very sick and my potassium was very low bc of the colon infection and I was still sick and couldn't eat or drink much and they found that my gallbladder wasn't working so they took it out and since then I have been so much better and able to eat!!! So not really complications from surgery just a bunch of different things going on. I know I need to exercise but of course I can't make myself ugh!!!
