I know the feeling closest WG is 50 miles away from me, keep an eye on ur symptoms call ur Dr. if they persist or get worse could be from several things.

Isopure is a clear liquid Protein drink. I do not like any of the flavors, but many people on this site do. Maybe try that?

I drank Isopure for the first week after surgery. I didn't like the flavors very much but it did give me the protein i needed. It's a little pricey but is easy to drink because its a pure liquid drink.

Isopure drinks full of protein

Does chicken broth have protein?

No chicke broth does not have enough protien to make a difference. Are you using protein shakes? I fortify greek yogurt with unflavored whey protein, it gives me 30 grams of protein in one yougurt serving.

Call your doctor

Does chicken broth have Protein?

Probably not much. Are you feeling any better. Greek yogurt has a good amount of protein. You can strain it. You could add Some Protein powder to something too. I was on fat free cream Soups in the beginning and would add protein to it.

Thank you everyone for your kind comments and helpful thoughts. I ended up with an IV this afternoon which made me feel a whole lot better. Tomorrow I will head to the stores to collect some protein to start incorporating. Thank you so much.
