Yes you can purée anything that can go into a blender. What I think you really want to know is if you can just eat the meatloaf since it's tender and not purée. I never support not following your surgeons guidelines.

I know that feeling….Nothing like itI just faxed my letter to my surgeon and that was all they needed.I'm pre op and I eat more than 60 grams only because the Weight Loss program I was in stressed a lot of protein. It fills you up. Depending on how far out you are you won't be able to get that much in but do the best you can. In other words if you are still swollen you can't get that much in.WooHooooooooooo!!!!
