Hello May Sleevers

I was sleeved on May 31 and down 60 pounds. I understand that to you it isn't a "slow looser" but to me it is. I read people who have lost so much more with out exercise and don't track calories. I work my chubby as off at the gym and stay under 800 calories. If it wasn't for the gym 5 times a week I don't think I would be at 60 lost. Maybe I will start a medium loss thread lol.

I am here to offer my support and motivation. If you need a gym buddy let me know I am from Las Vegas I go to LVAC or we can even Skype and have a work out session.

Can't wait to hear all of your success stories.

I also have jeans up for grabs size 18 20 and 22 if anyone is interested please inbox me and I will gladly ship them to you.

Wishing you all success. .

I'm in Las Vegas too...would like to know other locals who have had this. I'm scheduled in Dec. just trying to read up as much as I can!

Not a May sleever, But frustrated, had surgery Sept 30th, before surgery weight was 407, then on clear liquids till 1 saw doc for 1week check up,weighed in at 410. I cried. After 6 months of pre op, surgery and then to have gained . I know scale could be off, water weight , la la la. it still sucks.

Oh I hear your pain. I remember after my op I didn't loose anything for like 4 weeks! So I understand. Hang in there!

I,m a August sleever and have only lost 24lb post op, i, m 7 wks out and some have lost 47 lbs who had it. Same time as me, its frustrating, but they were about a 50 lbs heavier to start so maybe you lose more if you have more to lose??

That's what my dr says. He says the more they have to loose the quicker they do. He also says to me look at skinnier people how the struggle to lose it too.

Maybe you aren't eating enough? I'm a July sleever and was keeping my calories around 750-800 and lost maybe a pound a week. 3 weeks ago I upped my calories to 900-950 and I've been losing 3-4lbs per week!

I am. Thank you so much

Just ignore my horrible diary today lol. I did pretty well, but I'm still trying to get a handle on my emotional eating. I was upset/stressed earlier and took a spoon of sugar free frosting! Lol. Not my finest moment, but at least I logged it right?
