I use Benefiber or the like. I've also used colace, it's a stool softener. But try to use the Benefiber. I only use the other when it's gets backed up. Oh, drink your water it's important.

I have the same problem.. My doctor said to take Miralax every day.. That it only directs fluid to your Bowles and helps with elimination! I am a new person!

I cannot take miralax it's gross

Eat broccoli or spinach.

milk of magensia will fix that problem.. I felt so much better when I got moving....

I take a magnesium capsule daily. If you can't swallow it, open it. It helps quickly. if you need quicker help, try a ladies stool softner. Best wishes.Karen

Well I've been told about all of these things... But I've tried the (prunes & apples) baby food it's easy to go through the band it's not gross and it works

Glycerin suppositories work instantly (about 5 minutes)

A dose of milk of magnesia followed by a cup of hot liquid works very quickly without any cramping.
