I am going in for my 4th and final nutrition appointment and submitting all paperwork to the insurance company at the same time. My question is...I've been feeling a little guilty lately because I feel like I'm not changing enough habits before I get the band. My nutrition appointments are meant to help me learn and practice these changes before I get the band and I have made some and working on others. I will have a 2 week pre-op liquids only diet and I am planning on making this my time of change. I know I can do this once I get banded I just don't know why it's so hard to change now. Please share your pre-op habit changing experiences. ~Thanks for the advice!!
