I'm two months post op and have lost 45 lbs. Now, first off, that sounds good when I say it and it's great to lose even that much. BUT, 15 of it was the first week. I feel like this weight is moving SO slow. And it seems like I've been eating a lot more lately. It scares me. I use MFP to log calories and I eat mostly protein but I seem to be hungry all the time again and have started eating sweets a little again.
Any advice?
